Dr. Stephanos Ioannou

Dr. Stephanos Ioannou stands at the forefront of neuroscience as a Psychophysiologist, Neuroscientist, and Professor of Neurophysiology. Notably, his collaborative projects span from LEGO to esteemed institutions like MIT and Harvard.

As the founder of the Limassol Psychological Wellbeing Centre, Dr. Stephanos offers his expertise in coaching and counseling. He specializes in stress, anxiety, and relationship therapy, making him an invaluable asset to any podcast exploring the intricacies of the human body & mind.
