• To choose your preferable table, visit our website and look at the Table Plan Please note that this is the previous table plan in Limassol, subject to change Please also note that not all the tables shown are available
• Booking is on a first-come (pay), first-served basis so please book and send your payment the soonest convenient to confirm your table in order to ensure that you get your preferred table. Kindly view on our Media Pack all the promotional options offered for the MBS Wellbeing Festival Limassol 2024.
• Table size is approximately 180 x 90 cm – A tablecloth and 2 chairs ARE being provided by the venue We advise you to bring your own piece of clothing to cover your table during nighttime during the weekend
• The price includes one shortlisting in the MBS Magazine and a longer version on the Exhibitors Section on the Website and 2 free Exhibitor passes during the MBS Wellbeing Festival. Facebook posts are charged extra, therefore please book your post as soon as possible.
• To make your table booking please proceed to a booking through our online forms with all the info included and not via call or email. Your booking will be confirmed and the table will be secured on payment.
• The deadline for your information to be in the magazine is 1st October 2024.
• Please note that not all tables are available. Some of them have been already booked and paid for since the previews MBS Wellbeing Festival. You can see our table plan and available tables on our website. After you make an online booking, we can help you find the ideal table from the ones remaining.

Opening Hours/Table Set-up

• Doors for EXHIBITORS to set up will be open from 8:30 – 10:30 am on Saturday only. Please arrange that you set up your table during that length of time
• For VISITORS doors will be open from 10:30 am until 20:00 on Saturday and from 9:30 until 20:00 on Sunday

Cancellations

• There are no refunds for tables cancelled after the 15th of October 2024 -If you find someone appropriate to take your table and we approve, it can be transferred to them without any penalty. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, any bookings will be transferred to the next scheduled MBS Wellbeing Festival.
