Shri Vinyasa Yoga

Shri Vinyasa is a Vinyasa Yoga style as thought by Shri Gaia Institute, based on 4 fundamental pillars: scripture, breath, concentration, and intelligent sequencing. Lecture on the Sound of the Universe

An interactive lecture on the eternal sound of Om, the sound of the Universe itself. You will learn about the nature of this sound, with its vibrations penetrating through time and space, moving between planets and galaxies, reflecting the harmonious movement of the cosmos. Through the resonance of flat bells, gongs, and Tibetan bowls, we will explore how these vibrations can open an inner stillness and bring deep relaxation and balance.

Embodied I Ching Energy Healing

I have spent many years studying various healing modalities under spiritual masters, including 8 years of core energetics with John Perrakos from New York. My studies include family and abstract constellations, gestalt therapy, deep meditation activations, kinesiology body testing, Reichian breathing methods, and bodywork processing. I have participated in retreats in Australia, Tahiti, Hawaii, and volunteered at the Karuna meditation retreat in Portugal. Over the past year, I ran weekly manifestation workshops and meditation classes for Westminster Libraries in London, and served as MC/presenter for numerous events. I spoke at the International Women’s Conference in Dubai, where I was awarded Most Inspiring Woman for Wellness in the Metaverse. I created a meditation metaverse room for a global meditation in March. I was featured in an upcoming documentary on Gaia, discussing deep states of mind and body changes. Currently, I offer one-on-one classes online and will be teaching workshops in Milan, Sao Paolo, and Romania. I am a verified healer on 5DHealerverse.com. Previously, I directed a dance school in Sydney for 20 years, traveling internationally to perform, teach, compete, and judge competitions as a two-time World Champion.

OM Chanting

OM Chanting is the only group practice of an Atma Kriya Yoga system, which is very ancient and originally practiced thousands of years ago, but was later forgotten. A few years ago, it was brought back by Paramahamsa Vishwananda. It uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. It also brings people together in service to Mother Earth. Like a prayer, the positive vibrations of OM can be offered to support those in need.
