More than 20 years since our first Mind Body & Spirit festival in Cyprus.
Looking back we can only feel gratitude and joy. So many connections have been weaved, on so many levels, by so many charismatic people that is overwhelming when we reflect back. Ultimately it was a tiny seed of love that was humbly planted two decades ago and which has now grown into something beyond our wildest dreams. As this seed of love has grown we have grown, and as it will continue growing so will we.
To celebrate we have organised lots of events, festivals, gatherings and retreats that will be carried out throughout 2023-2024!
The MBS Wellbeing Festival is moved this year to December, in a first-time festive setting. Join us on the 2nd & 3rd of December at St. Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol.
Take a deep dive and connect to your authentic self. Celebrate with us an unforgettable weekend in this safe, comfortable and exquisitely beautiful environment where you can explore interesting practices, communicate with like-minded people and simply have fun!
Winter is a time for inner work and reflection, a time to deeply look into our depth to find our inner being and connect with it. Ultimately listening to ourselves and understanding them better is of core value, so we can make new decisions and resolutions for the brand new year.

• Attend over 80 all-day lectures and Interactive workshops to broaden your knowledge and awareness on all levels.
• International teachers & Schools will present different kinds of yoga for beginners and the more advanced. Kids are welcome to join.
