Valentina Mina is an Advanced Kuan Yin Qigong Instructor offering regular classes, workshops, and retreats in Cyprus and abroad. She has been practicing and teaching Qigong and other Taoist arts since 2019. Qigong has been a source of strength, grounding, and renewal in her own life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is from this experience that she guides others to discover the same empowering benefits. Her own journey began with the simple wish: to restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit. Experiencing firsthand the grounding and strengthening effects of Qigong, Valentina was drawn to share this ancient wisdom with others. Today, she guides women through practices that are both gentle and powerful, blending breath, energy, and mindful movement into an experience that nurtures resilience and awakens inner strength. Valentina believes Qigong is not just an exercise, but a way to reconnect with body, mind, and spirit in a grounded way, weaving more and more balance into your everyday life with each practice. Known for her warm, steady presence, Valentina creates spaces where students feel supported and inspired. Her sessions are an invitation to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with the healing power within. Her greatest joy is seeing people leave her classes feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — not only to themselves, but to the flow of life around them.
