In this workshop we begin with Qigong exercises for grounding and opening the energy channels within the body, before we dive into our organs to clear the 'negative' emotions and transform them into the 'positive' virtues! We will clear our emotional, energetic and physical bodies and tap into harmony and inner peace. As a result, you will leave feeling lighter and refreshed. As this workshop includes a seated meditation, feel free to bring something that is comfortable to sit on the ground on, like a towel or a mat.
Valentina Mina is an Advanced Kuan Yin Qigong Instructor offering regular classes, workshops, and retreats in Cyprus and abroad. She has been practicing and teaching Qigong and other Taoist arts since 2019. Qigong has been a source of strength, grounding, and renewal in her own life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is from this experience that she guides others to discover the same empowering benefits. Her own journey began with the simple wish: to restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
