Alexander Katerinko, creator of Meditation Hub Studio is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 500), Shaolin Qigong instructor, sound therapist, breathwork facilitator, and the founder of the holistic wellness system Synergia.
With over a decade of personal practice and teaching experience around the world, he brings depth, clarity, and warmth to every session he leads.
His journey began in the corporate world, where he worked as a top-level executive in the energy sector.
After a life-changing transformation in 2016, Alexander left it all behind to dedicate himself fully to self-discovery and the healing arts.
His work is deeply rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, but presented through a modern, grounded, and accessible lens.
