I support people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck to reconnect with themselves and feel safe in their bodies again.
My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy, holistic nutrition, and movement. I don’t believe healing is about fixing yourself or pushing harder. I believe it starts with listening to your body, understanding your patterns, and building safety from the inside out.
In our work together, we explore emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, food as nourishment rather than control, and gentle movement as a way to reconnect with yourself. Sessions are supportive, grounded, and human. There is no pressure to be perfect or “have it all together.”
I work with people navigating stress, burnout, emotional eating, body disconnection, life transitions, and the quiet feeling of “something isn’t right, but I don’t know what.”
Sessions are offered in English and Arabic, online and in person in Cyprus.
