After the incredible Ecstatic Dance session at the MBS Wellbeing Festival, we’re coming together once again to close 2025 in community and high vibration. Join us for another powerful MBS organised ecstatic dance experience with spiritual teacher and energy healer Maria Kafkios, followed by a closing gong bathing with Eleonora Marmari.
A vibrant celebration to ignite your spirit and wrap up the year with movement, sound healing, joy, and connection.
Intention
In this energy session we will open up our energy field layer by layer and release all that is remaining in our field, all that is done, complete and ready to be fully cleared.
Through beautiful music and frequencies, we will move into a journey of completing all lessons of 2025 and transforming them into activations and gifts in our light body and DNA.
As you are releasing what is not yours anymore, you will be creating more space for the new in your energy field, allowing your physical body to open all portals into higher visions, higher consciousness and higher frequencies, preparing you to walk through the gateway of 2026 in the highest vibration available for you.

Arrive, settle into the space, and may enjoy optional ceremonial cacao to ground and connect.
18:30 – 20:00 | Ecstatic Dance Journey
A guided ecstatic dance experience with Maria Kafkios, inviting free movement, release, and embodied expression.
20:00 – 20:40 | Gong Bath Closing
A deeply immersive gong bath with Eleonora Marmari, supporting integration, stillness, and nervous system reset.
20:40 – 21:00 | Closing & Integration
A gentle completion of the evening, allowing time to ground, reflect, and leave feeling settled.
What to Bring | Practical Information
To help you feel comfortable and supported during the evening, we recommend bringing:
A water bottle
Comfortable clothes suitable for movement
Layers, as you may feel warm while dancing and cooler during the sound healing
A blanket and/or small pillow for the gong bath
Your own cup (optional) if you wish to have ceremonial cacao
Everything is optional.

About the Facilitator
Maria Kafkios is a globally recognized spiritual teacher, energy therapist, and transformational guide with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals on their path to awakening. From a young age, Maria has been able to perceive auras, access multidimensional realms, and recognize the unique soul gifts and highest potential in others.
Her journey has been shaped by a deeply challenging upbringing between Greece and Sweden, marked by trauma, abuse, and intense karmic lessons. These experiences became the foundation for her profound healing work and spiritual mission. Through her own awakenings, Maria has cultivated a powerful ability to assist others in remembering who they truly are and stepping into their divine essence.
Maria’s extensive background includes roles as a dance, meditation, and yoga teacher, psychologist, schoolteacher, certified personal trainer, life coach, and energy healer. She has facilitated thousands of private sessions, workshops, and retreats across the globe, and has trained countless healers, channelers, and therapists in what she calls “Therapists of the New World.”
Her mission is to activate the soul’s true essence, guiding others to embody their full power, joy, and sovereignty. Maria believes in the parallel process of light and shadow—where healing and awakening unfold simultaneously—and she holds sacred space for deep transformation, remembrance, and co-creation.

Meet Eleonora
Eleonora is a sound healer whose journey spans continents and cultures. Beginning with the rhythmic chants of the Maasai in Tanzania and the emotional resonance of music in Kyoto, she discovered the universal power of sound. A transformative trek in Nepal introduced her to sound healing and its connection to the five elements, which deepened further in India through sensory practices in Kerala and flute meditations in Rishikesh.
In England, she mastered the gong under the guidance of Don Conreaux, immersing in the energy of thirty handcrafted gongs. Returning to Ikaria, she trained with Peter and Emily Hess, integrating sound massage and sound journeys into their practice. Her philosophy blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques, offering sessions that release emotional blockages, restore balance, and align individuals with the rhythms of the universe.
Through her global experiences, Eleonora has built a practice rooted in the belief that sound is a universal language capable of healing, connecting, and transforming lives.
