Mindfulness for Calmer & Happier Parents and Children
Stressed out parents means stressed out children and probably vice versa. On the other hand calmer parents means calmer children.
In this workshop for parents and children, we will explore mindfulness practices and games that can support children to self regulate and also some tools to support parents to regulate and co-regulate with the child.
Catherine in a child friendly fun way will explain how the brain works and how these mindfulness practices support the brain when stressed out.
