We all have the innate ability to live mindfully, to be present; in the now. The fast pace of life disconnects us from this ability. We will learn ways how to practice mindfulness in our daily life. We will learn how these simple practices support us in living a life of balance, happiness and meaning. We will learn how mindfulness helps us to rewire our brain which is essential to changing unhelpful habits and behaviours. We will gain a new perspective of life with mindfulness and mindful living.
